In - person training: 1. Training Form & Consultation: Pet parents fill out a training form and have a phone/video consultation to discuss behaviors and customize their pet's training course. 2. Weekly Home Lessons: Meet with your trainer once a week at home. Review the previous lesson, then start the current lesson. 3. Lessons follow a 'Teach-Show-Copy-Review' Format: Your trainer teaches you the task, demonstrates with your pet, has you replicate it, then reviews and practices with you for the remainder of your lesson time. 4. Homework: Complete 5-20 minutes of homework per topic, per day, with your pet. 5. Final Exam: After completing all lessons and homework, your pet takes a final exam on the covered topics. They graduate if they achieve a satisfying score. Some pets may not appear on the graduation page if they did not meet all standards but completed lessons satisfactorily for their household.

Looking for a more flexible option? Our independent program gives pet parents access to the same valuable resources as other clients, but with the freedom to progress at their own speed. Your trainer will provide weekly support through messages, offering guidance without the need for virtual or in-person meetings.

Virtual training*:     *Virtual training differs from in-person training in a few ways.  1. Training Form & Consultation: Pet parents fill out a training form and have a phone/video consultation to discuss behaviors and customize their pet's training course, just like in-person clients. 2. Weekly Virtual Lessons: Meet with your trainer once a week from the comfort of your home. Review the previous lesson, then start the current lesson. 3. Lessons follow a 'Teach-Show-Copy-Review' Format: Your trainer teaches you the task, demonstrates with a personal pet/demo dog, has you replicate it with your own pet, then reviews and practices with you for the remainder of your lesson time. 4. Homework: Complete 5-20 minutes of homework per topic, per day, with your pet. 5. Final Exam: After completing all lessons and homework, your pet takes a final exam on the covered topics. They graduate if they achieve a satisfying score.
